What are your business hours?We are open Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

What types of vehicles do you work on?We service Asian and Domestic Brands. See All Vehicles we Service! We do not service European vehicles. We only offer differential services on diesel vehicles.

Can I check the status of my vehicle at the shop?Yes, certainly! For updates on your vehicle's status, please call us during business hours at (423) 355-1872 and we’ll provide you with all the details you need.

Can you provide an estimate over the phone?Sometimes. Estimating over the phone is difficult when we haven't be able to verify the concern and without the vehicle VIN. Sometime, you may think or have been told, you need one repair only to find out after our comprehensive inspection that you in fact need a different repair to remedy your concern. When possible we are happy to provide an estimate over the phone but it is just an estimate. We will not order any parts or start work until the vehicle arrives here and we have completed an inspection. Don't worry, we will always share the results of the inspection and have you authorize the work before we start any repairs on the vehicle.

Do you charge a diagnostic fee?Yes, we do typically charge a diagnostic fee and the rate depends on the difficulty of the concern. Diagnosing a vehicle takes time, supplies, equipment and most importantly expertise and proper training. We need to be able to properly dedicate the time required to test and evaluate the vehicle to ensure the root cause of the problem is identified.
